Curtis Tuohey

Manager Director

As our Managing Director Curtis role varies on the day to day but is always focused on improving the business and the strategic vision going forward. However, beyond business, his heart lies on the sports field, where he has a passion for the Hawthorn FC and the Bendigo United Cricket Club. Curtis cherishes his role as a devoted family man with two young boys that always keep him on his toes. 

Fiona Allen

Our Customer Service Manager, Fiona, plays a crucial role in overseeing our scheduling team to ensure seamless service for all our customers. Managing the needs of over 500 customers weekly and coordinating 90+ cleaning and gardening staff makes her role both busy and rewarding.

Before joining us, Fiona worked in the travel industry, a career she shifted from when the world changed due to the pandemic. Outside of work, Fiona is an avid traveler, passionate about exploring new destinations and finding new restaurants & cafes to eat at.

Amanda Black

Operations Manager

Originally from the United States Amanda moved to Australia for the next big adventure in 2023 and found herself falling in love with Bendigo. Prior to being our operations manager Amanda has a background in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. Her culinary career took her all over the world working for a small adventure cruise line which charted in the San Juan Islands, Hawaii, Mexico, Alaska, and the Caribbean. Her in free time she loves going on adventures with her partner Max and dog Tilly, going to see live music, trying new restaurants and staying active.

Jacqui Bell

Operations Assistant

You may see Jacqui here, there and everywhere as our 2easy operations assistant who works along side Amanda our Operations Manager. Jacqui facilitates our job trials, quality control, assists with staff support and supplies, test and tagging equipment. She loves the satisfaction of seeing a job well done and leaving a house sparkling!!

Outside of work Jacqui sends her time with her husband and two little ones having fun outdoors, going on adventures and spending time with their friends and extended family.

Jack Speechley

Finance Assistant

Our resident Swiftie, Jack is an integral piece of our finance team, who is always happy to help our customers with any accounts queries. Jack has a love for numbers and is currently working towards his Cert IV in Accounts & Bookkeeping. Jack brings a great attention to detail and a keen analytical eye to the team. Along with his love for Taylor Swift, Jack is sports-mad and loves going to Melbourne to watch his beloved Carlton football club each week.

Summer Healey

Business Manager

Our business manager Summer keeps things running smoothly at 2easy Cleaning, ensuring our team is supported and everything behind the scenes is in order. She’s passionate about creating a safe, efficient, and positive workplace where people can do their best work. Always looking for ways to improve and grow, she helps bring new ideas to life. Outside of work, Summer enjoys exploring new places, trying out great food, and spending time outdoors.

Elle Penbrook

Operations Assistant

Elle has been a local to Bendigo since 2020, from Melbourne, and brings to the team with her years of experience in personal and business financial management.

Elle oversees the finance team, including accounts, business cashflow and strategy, whilst she works towards her Masters Degree in Business Administration.

In her spare time Elle pursues various creative endeavours in arts and music, and enjoys being outdoors.
